At Fight Boxing Gloves, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets the return conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must not have been worn for training, sparring, or competition.

• The item must be returned with its original packaging and accessories where applicable.

• The item must not be damaged, altered, washed, or modified by the customer.

• Proof of purchase or order information may be required.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet these conditions.

2. Customized & Personalized Products

Because customized products are made specifically according to the customer's requirements, customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return or refund due to a change of mind.

This may include:

• Personalized names or logos

• Custom colors or specifications

• Custom sizes

• Made-to-order boxing gloves

• Custom boxing shoes

• Other products manufactured specifically for the customer

If a customized product arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution.

3. Wrong, Defective, or Damaged Items

If you receive:

• The wrong product

• The wrong size or specification

• A defective product

• A damaged product

• An item that does not match your confirmed order

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs or videos showing the issue. We may request additional information to investigate the problem.

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

4. Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind after purchasing a product, return eligibility depends on the product type and whether it has been used or customized.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item due to a change of mind, unless otherwise agreed by Fight Boxing Gloves.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable.

5. Return Shipping

Before sending any item back, please contact us for the return instructions and return address.

Do not send a return to an address shown on the parcel or invoice unless we have specifically confirmed that address as the return address.

If the return is due to a customer mistake, such as ordering the wrong size, changing their mind, or providing an incorrect shipping address, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to an error or confirmed defect on our part, we may cover reasonable return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your payment provider or bank to process the refund.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, a partial refund may be offered if:

• The item has minor damage caused after delivery.

• Some parts or accessories are missing.

• The product has been used or altered.

• A return is accepted despite not fully meeting our return conditions.

The amount of any partial refund will be determined based on the condition of the returned product.

8. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is refused by the customer or returned to us because of:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

• Failure to collect the parcel

• Customer refusal to accept delivery

• Customs duties or import charges

• Other circumstances caused by the customer

any refund may be reduced by applicable shipping, return shipping, customs, handling, or other costs incurred by Fight Boxing Gloves.

9. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have already entered production or have been dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation, particularly if the product is customized or made to order.

If cancellation is approved before production or dispatch, we will process the applicable refund.

10. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible products depending on availability.

Customers requesting an exchange because of an incorrect size or change of mind may be responsible for return and reshipping costs.

Customized or personalized products generally cannot be exchanged unless the item is defective or was incorrectly produced by us.

11. Sale Items

Sale or promotional items may be subject to specific return conditions stated at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, defective or incorrectly supplied sale items remain eligible for an appropriate remedy under this policy and applicable law.

12. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund & Return Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under the laws applicable to your purchase.

Where applicable law provides you with rights that are more favorable than this policy, those legal rights will continue to apply.
